I am currently an in-network provider for Regence and Premera Blue Cross plans.
If you have a different insurance I am considered an “out of network provider.” This means I can offer a superbill to be submitted for reimbursement from your insurance company. Please not reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Ask about running an insurance check to confirm coverage before your first appointment if you have any concerns.

Initial sessions are a bit different from ongoing work. This is a time for us to get to know each other, explore what brings you in, and begin identifying your goals for therapy. From there, sessions become more personalized as we gently explore patterns, strengths, and barriers that may be impacting your growth. This process may include conversation, creative expression, worksheets, and yes—both laughter and tears.
You are always in control of your sessions. If something doesn’t feel helpful or comfortable, we can adjust to better fit your needs.
When working with children, sessions typically begin with a brief check-in with parents or caregivers to understand what’s going well and where support may be needed. If the child is comfortable, I then meet with them individually to create space for trust and open expression. Sessions often include games, books, art, and movement—all grounded in play-based therapy, where each activity is intentional and supports emotional growth.
